As insulation element for twin walls

The Iconorm reinforced insulation elements for twin wall sandwich panels are produced to use in a horizontal shuttering system.

First a layer of concrete is poured, afterwards the Iconorm insulation element is placed. By vibrating the concrete, the reinforced element will sag in the fresh concrete. After the curing of the concrete the element is place as usual turned and in the second, not cured shell, placed.

Depending on the reinforcing technique that is used, twin walls can be made suitable for use above ground level. Of course it is possible to integrate several techniques for water, electro, heating, etc.
