As insulation element for plasterwork façades

In the case above, first a layer of concrete is poured in to the shuttering, whereafter the Iconorm insulation element is placed. By vibrating the concrete, the insulated reinforced element will sag in the fresh concrete until the level of the insulation. Because of the fact that on one side of the elements, during the pouring, shuttering is present there will be a shuttering smooth wall produced. Therefore a after treatment with plasterwork, depending on the quality of the shuttering system, can be excluded.

In the second case, the Iconorm element will be placed first in the shuttering before the concrete is poured. Afterwards the concrete will be skimmed. A after treatment of the wall is necessary most of the time.
