Iconorm elements are very efficient to use in a vertical battery moulding system.
The elements are delivered as prefabricated panels to the moulding department, which allows shorter moulding times. In this way you can optimize the use of your capital intensive investment of shuttering systems.

The vertical production of concrete walls has several advantages in comparison to horizontal production:

• two sided smooth concrete
• infrastructure can be easily installed
• less reinforcement necessary
• less measurement tolerances
• no hollow or cup-shaped (convex) panels
• less risk of damages during production process
• production unit is cheaper (less technique)
• production unit is maintenance friendly (less technique)
