The Iconorm reinforced insulated elements for sandwich panels, produced to be used in shuttering systems like Paschal, Cometal, PERI, Doka or equal, can be used to make insulated cave walls.

More and more cellars are used as extra rooms for hobby, bureau or sleeping. This requires an sufficient insulation

The biggest advantage of using Iconorm is the fast process time, the accurate reinforcement and the good connection of the insulation with the concrete. This means that the insulation value without thermal bridges is guaranteed for a very long period. Due to the sandwich construction of concrete with XPS you do not have a water film at the outside of your cave wall and you don’t get problems with floating insulation

The insulation side is provided with a pressure resistant and a rot (or firm) resistant XPS insulation.
